This session can be held in the studio, your house, or another location of your choice. Each session is between 45mins to 2hrs, but we can discuss the possibility for extra coverage, if necessary. You will receive All Unedited photos via an online gallery, make a selection of photos to be edited per your package of choice and in 5-7 working days after your session your photos will be ready. After you book your slot, we’ll set up a call or meeting to get to know each other and discuss all the details.

Information about our Portrait Rates

• A link to all JPEG photos from each of the sessions will be sent to client for selections before edits/retouching of final photos.
• If client wants more edited photos in addition to the selected package each extra edited photo will cost Ghs50 (if more extra photos are selected, price will be reduced )
• The above rates are for non-commercial portraits only. For commercial purpose portraits, enquire via email Kingkwekuanansephoto@gmail.com
• Special props are to be provided by clients; all other props available in studio are available for use if they fit clients theme/concepts.
• Extra retouching: Gh100 per photo.
• A 50% non refundable deposit must be paid to book a session. Balance must be paid before photos are delivered. Consultation/Theme discussions only begin AFTER booking.
• Packages do not include props/set builds. Props & set building are available on request at a fee. Clients can also provide their own props for shoot. Packages can be tailored to suit clients needs. (Eg. More photos, more shooting time, larger family size etc}
• If photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, stolen or otherwise lost/damaged without fault on the part of the photographer, a reshoot or a full refund can be discussed. Final digital images are delivered within 7-10 working days unless otherwise agreed.
• Express delivery can be arranged at a fee. Digital images will be hosted on our servers for 6 months, after which they will be discarded. Clients are advised to download all soft copies and backup on their private cloud storages.
• Location sessions must be within ACCRA. Shoots outside Accra will be revalued in terms of time, transportation and logistics.
• Studio setup on location can be requested at a fee.
• We retain copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays.
• Payment of deposit is considered acceptance of the above terms of services
